Sample QuestionnairesIn mid-March, Census questionnaires will be mailed to households. This year’s questionnaire is only 10 questions long. It asks a few simple questions such as name, gender, age, race, and whether the respondent owns or rents his or her home. It takes just a few minutes to complete and you can mail it back in the postage-paid envelope provided to you. If you do not complete and return the form, Census takers will visit your household beginning in April. It’s important to remember that the Census Bureau does not release or share information that identifies individual respondents or their household for 72 years.
